If only tomorrow never comes.
Off the top of my head: Am contemplating if i should sign up to Nuffnang to earn a few bucks. my sis too. if we do sign up for Nuffnang, my sis and i will be nang nangs.
....................................................................
Was supposed to follow my daddy to damai today to deliver goods.
but in his hurry, he accidentally left me behind.
at home.
me: *coming down the stairs* ....daddy..?
*empty silence*
*speed dials daddy*
me: daddy? where are you?
daddy: OH!!! I'M AT SATOK ALREADY!!! SORRY I
WAS RUSHING COS THEY'RE ONLY WORKING UNTIL 12.30PM TODAY!!!
so i didn't get to go. i really wanted to though.
spent my last day here with the people i want to spend it the most with: my family esp my sis and JOANNY.
little sis and i were just doing our thing...then came my JOANNY!!!
she dropped in some time in the afternoon (very spontaneous, as always. and i LOVE her!) and was Chuzzling almost all day while i decided to make konnyaku jelly!
we (excluding joanny who was chuzzling :P) used fresh grapes and orange. i did all the peeling and de-seeding while joyce did the stirring.
IT'S MY FIRST TIME EVER MAKING JELLY. was damn easy la, really.
joanny's like our project manager. sit there like big boss and every few minutes going "MONKEHH! how's your jelly going, yo???"
then we poured it into the tray with many many diff shapes and still had extra jelly juice/water thing left.
so i opened the fridge to see what other kinds of jelly we could make.
- olives jelly (response: disgusted)
- hersheys chocolate syrup jelly (response: nah)
- bird nest jelly (response: speechless)
- honey lime jelly (response: one thumb up)
good enough for me!
so we made honey lime jelly with the remainding jelly juice.
then popped it into the fridge. its supposed to be refridgerated for 3 hours. and i'm so damn proud of them i simply CANNOT stop opening the fridge every 5 seconds to check and poke them.

we made 3 trays :)
the orange jellies. one's missing cos we ate it :D
the grape jellies. looks like dinosaur embryos from Jurassic Park.
they're so cute loh. seriously.
tried the honey lime one already and it tastes good! my daddy is so going to love them.
i'm on a mission to prove to him i can cook cos he was insisting that i need to attend COOKING CLASSES.
me: .....
i know i'm very un-domestic goddess unlike JOANNY (self-proclaimed..HAHA! but you can BAKE CAKES OKAY! that's like WAYYYY OVER MY HEAD!) but I SO DO NOT NEED cooking classes.
like i have nothing better to do. actually, i don't but that's not the point.
i even made dinner okay. in my attempt to prove i DON'T NEED COOKING CLASSES.
ok la, it wasn't exactly dinner. more of a something to fill his tummy.
which was maggi.
but i can cook. really. i can make salads, bake potatoes, steam anything, microwave anything. I DON'T NEED COOKING CLASSES.
although i did burn joyce's chicken pie today. NOT MY FAULT. our oven's like as old as queen elizabeth okay. so it's not working properly.
dang. going back to subang tomorrow. so do not want to. and i haven't even packed yet. eeks.
SO DREADFUL.
ps: daddy, if you're reading this, I DON'T NEED COOKING CLASSES.
