today's thanksgiving!!!

and we're all on a hugge turkey hunt for tonight's thanksgiving dinner.

but we're currently facing an endless list of problems.

1) there isn't anywhere that sells whole turkey.

they're all either packed in cans or chopped into pieces and sold part by part.

"hello do you sell turkey here?"

"yes we do. do you want the head, neck, body, wings, feet, ass or gibblets? we sell the feathers too if you want."

how about a turkey that has all its parts still attached? minus the feathers.

i doubt carrefour sells whole turkey but we're gonna check it out later anyways. since we're all so free. and lucky'll be unstressed from his further maths test.

holes moles. their exams is 3 freaking hours. AFTER SCHOOL.

2) nobody in the house has any cooking skills. and don't look at me just cos i'm a girl.

hey i got beaten in cooking mama by a guy alright. but i got my revenge when i won the boxing game on the wii. *grins*

where on earth does one start?? the body? the wings? all i know about turkey is that you gotta stuff them with something. with what, i don't know.

but then again, there's always google for me and wikipedia for nick.

3) the oven has never been touched for i don't want to know how long. i don't even want to open it.

4) two of our co-chefs has a maths test tomorrow.

although one doesn't NEED to study, and the other doesn't WANT to study.

there's a genormous difference between 'need' and 'want'.

and anyways, if all fails and we don't get to eat turkey and sip wine together, nick has a backup plan.

Nando's is the closest thing to turkey we'll get.
